I am excited to announce to my clients, friends and neighbors that I have joined BHGRE Gary Greene. As the previous Broker/Owner of BAY TREE REALTY, LLC, my goal will continue to be providing exemplary service while guiding you through the real estate process, whether you are buying or selling your home.
My background includes significant contract negotiations in the technology industry. This has given me a solid understanding of negotiation strategies - something very useful in real estate. I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston and am fluent in Spanish. I have helped many clients who prefer a Spanish-speaking agent.
Houston has been my home for 30 years, during which time I have lived and traveled extensively in Latin America, Europe and Australia. My family is very active in civic and church activities because it’s our way of strengthening our community and helping others.
Selling and buying a home can be an emotional and stressful time so establishing trust is critical. Ensuring open communication and consistent follow-up will help my clients understand the process and guarantee satisfaction in the property buying or selling experience.
